Specific progams include: - Freedom From Smoking program: Developed for adults with eight (8) sessions and features a step-by-step plan for quitting smoking. - Not-On-Tobacco (N-O-T) program: Developed for ages 13 to 19 with curriculum consisting of 10 50-minute sessions that typically occur once a week for 10 weeks.
