Eligibility

Open to couples getting married in Kentucky. Licenses are not issued if either party to the marriage is under 17 years of age.

Required documents

Birth certificate (Or other proof of age)

Hours

First and last Thursday of each month, 8:30am-6:00pm.

Application process

Walk-ins accepted. Both parties to the marriage must appear together.

Fees

License: $65.00, Certified copy: $7.00 each, Regular photocopy: $1.00 per page.
