If your Direction Card is lost, stolen, or damaged, call the Helpline at 866-386-3071 to report it. When you call, you will be told where to go to get a new card. No one else will be able to use your card once you report it missing. If your Eppicard (cash assistance) is lost or stolen, call the helpline at 866-320-8822.
