Safe Communities is a program developed by the Ohio Department of Public Safety and is provided in Licking County through the health department, local law enforcement, and businesses. Program is designed to increase safety belt use, motorcycle safety and awareness, decrease impaired driving and to decrease fatal crashes. Educational materials are also available on these topics.
