Eligibility
- Serves youth who are living with a family member or non-relative who have legal custody on or after July 1st, 2005. Having Power of Attorney (POA) does NOT qualify. Child must reside with relative.
- Child and caregiver must live in Tuscarawas County. Household income (including all minor children) may not exceed 300% of th e Federal Poverty Level

Call to request application. May leave message after hours. Process includes completing an approved agency home study to include criminal background check (fingerprints) for all adult household members and a safety audit of the household.

Payments are designed to reimburse the initial costs associated with taking a Kinship child/ren into the home. Availability determined by state budget and availability of funds.
