Residents should contact the school of their youngest child and request an application. Residents with children not yet in school should email and request that an application be mailed to them.

Eligible children in the Groveport Madison School District and their families will receive a coat, hat and gloves, socks and underwear, pajamas, two items from the children's wish list, a box of pantry food items and a $25 gift card for perishable items. Donors will be provided the wish list.
