Diabetes Emergency Supply Assistance Program (desap) | Diabetes Dayton

Provides an emergency diabetes supply assistance for individuals who are diagnosed diabetic. Clients can receive one month's worth of supplies (glucometers, strips, syringes, etc.) one time in a 12 month period. Do not provide insulin.
