Most phone lines are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All locations accept voicemail messages, if no one answers call will be returned.

Sponsors twelve-step mutual support group meetings within the local community to assist alcoholics and their families and friends in overcoming their drinking problem through mutual support at regular meetings. Child care may be available for certain groups.
