Description
Offers Tai Chi classes for those with Parkinson's Disease. Tai Chi assists with posture and balance. Tai Chi is a series of continuous movements designed to relax and develop the entire body. By improving focus and concentration, Tai Chi enhances balance and body awareness through slow and precise body movement. Tai Chi has been shown to help individuals with Parkinson's disease improve their balance.
