Offers an intensive certification program designed with a culturally competent approach to prepare individuals for the increasing local demand for qualified customer service associates. The course covers basic job skills, with a focus on customer service, for positions in banking, hospitality, retail, call centers and healthcare. Also offers job training for construction work.
