Individuals are referred by the partner agencies or 211 specialist/Care Coordinator. Information must be emailed to [email protected] or sumbitted through referral form.

Open to individuals who are current responsible for a child, physically or financially, expecting a child, or an adoptive/kinship caregiver. Individuals must reside in 45205, 45211, 45225, or 45238 within Hamilton County, or in Clermont or Brown County.
