Patients that have a qualifying blood cancer diagnosis. Must have a household income that is less than 600% of federal poverty level.

Description

Provides patients with a one time financial assistance for travel expenses related to their blood cancer diagnosis and treatment. Funds are subject to availability. Those who qualify will receive $500, once within a 6 month period, to cover the cost of treatment-related travel and lodging expenses for the patient and caregiver including: ground transportation; tolls; gas; parking; car rental; car maintenance, repairs and parts; air transportation; baggage fees; lodging; and ambulance services.
