HOME IMPROVEMENT GRANT | PARMA CITY OF - SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Provides home improvement grants to eligible homeowners in the City of Parma. Covers repairs such as roofing, plumbing, and electric. Can also be used to install wheelchair ramps, and in some cases, interior modifications to address accessibility issues. Will not fund concrete work or garage work unless attached to house. Generally, grants will cover half the cost of interior/exterior repairs up to $2,000.

Eligibility
Homeowners in the City of Parma who own a single family home; owner must occupy the home. Must have low to moderate income: $35,100 for one person, $40,100 for two people, $45,100 for three people, $50,100 for four people, $54,100 for five people. Check with Community Development for income requirements on larger families. Will only provide funds for one repair per applicant per year.
