Eligibility

- Serves residents of Tuscarawas County that are United States citizens and who need long term care. - Financial eligibility is an income at 225% Federal Poverty Level and assets up to $2,000 for an individual, $3,000 for a couple; those whose income is higher must create a Qualified Income Trust (QIT).
