Development Finance Group | Cleveland - Cuyahoga County Port Authority

Provides assistance in securing financing for public and private ventures in Cleveland and surrounding communities. Projects may include but are not limited to: area business development, community revitalization projects, public infrastructure, housing and mixed use developments, and financing for businesses and non-profits to lease new facilities. Does not provide the loan, but assists with securing the loan (often faster, with better rates than traditional sources of financing).
