Application process

Call M-F: 8:00am-4:30pm to schedule appointment. Appointments are required for all studies except blood pressure screening.

Fees

Most screenings are free, but there are fixed fees for bone density screening and cholesterol test. Insurance will be billed for flu and/or pneumonia vaccine (if eligible).
