New Directions housing services are available to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking or other forms of abuse who are seeking safe and stable housing. Services are open to individuals and families who need emergency shelter, transitional housing support or assistance in securing long-term housing. All housing services are free, confidential and voluntary. Survivors do not need to have reported to law enforcement to receive help.

New Directions is committed to ensuring language is never a barrier to safety or support. Staff use LanguageLine Services, which allows them to connect with trained interpreters in over 240 languages, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Services include a 24/7 crisis hotline, emergency crisis shelter and advocacy supports. New Directions also offers support groups, outreach and awareness initiatives and prevention and education programs.
