Application process

Call to make an appointment or referral. * Individuals may be referred by the Court System, Juvenile Justice System, Children's Services, Probation/Parole, the Domestic Violence Shelter, medical and legal professionals, in addition to schools, family and self-referrals.

Fees

Sliding fee scale criteria is based upon Medicaid standards of income. Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and other insurances.
