Call the office at extension 1810 Monday to Wednesday from 8:00am to 4:00pm and Thursday from 8:00am to 6:00pm to check on availability, cost, and to schedule an appointment.

Fee

- Varies according to service. - Most vaccines that are required for children under the age of 18 are given for a nominal administration fee. - Accepts private insurance, medical card, Medicare, Medicaid and private pay. - If no insurance, offers a sliding fee scale based on income.
