No fees. * A 10% co-payment required for automotive repairs, unless participating in Ohio Works First (OWF) program or receiving Social Security benefits.
Eligibility
Pregnant individuals and families with minor children in the home and or paying child support who are employed at least 20 hrs/wk at minimum wage, receiving unemployment, disability through Social Security or participating in an Ohio Works First activity. Income must not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
