Residents who receive food stamps, Medicaid, or SSI, or have income below the federal poverty level of 150%. Clients can obtain assistance up to 12 times per rolling calendar year.
Photo I.D., proof of address (utility bill, etc.) and proof of low-income and/or receiving SNAP, Medicaid, and/or SSI.
