Open to individuals age 21 and old who is an Ohio resident, financially stable, and able to pass local, state, and federal background checks.

Application process

Individuals interested in becoming an adoptive or foster parent can begin the process by contacting Brown County Job and Family Services. Individuals will need to complete adoption/foster care training courses and a home study.
