Eligibility

- Applicants for rental assistance must have an eviction notice or be homeless; landlord must be willing to accept a voucher and not evict for 30 days - Applicants for mortgage payment assistance must have a default or foreclosure notice; the mortgage company must be willing to accept a voucher for the principal and interest payment only and stop foreclosure for 30 days - Applicants for car repairs must be employed or in the Job Find Program, two funding sources, one for those with children in the home and another for those without children in the home
