If searching for a family member or friend, must have the pre-disaster phone number and/or complete address (Street Address, City, State, ZIP code) of the person. Before phoning, first try to contact the individual before calling for assistance. Must have had contact with the individual within three months prior to the disaster. Will need to know the relative's name, current address, and phone number.
