PROPERTY TAX FORECLOSURE COUNSELING | BENJAMIN ROSE INSTITUTE ON AGING

Provides information on the tax foreclosure process for those who have been notified that their property taxes are overdue and they are in danger of having their property foreclosed for non-payment. Can assist taxpayers needing to communicate with governmental bodies or with organizations who may have purchased taxpayers' overdue taxes from local governments and who may be in the process of foreclosing on the property.

Cuyahoga County homeowners Must be the homeowner's primary residence (both single and multi-family homes are acceptable - up to 4 units). There is no income restriction for this program.
