Eligibility
Serves residents of Columbiana or Jefferson counties.
Required documents
  • Photo ID.
  • Proof of income (three (3) pay stubs, previous year's tax return, court agreement for payment).
  • Medicaid or Insurance card if applicable.
  • Proof of residence if requesting sliding scale (a piece of mail with name and current address).
Hours
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Asks for a 90-day commitment. Office Hours:
  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00am to 8:00pm.
  • Wednesday and Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Fees
  • Offers sliding scale for service for residents of Columbiana or Jefferson Counties.
  • Generally rent is 30% of the family's income. Income reviewed once stabilized. Then income reviewed annually.
  • Deposit is required.

Provides individuals with a safe and sober place to live while they maintain their recovery and seek appropriate housing and employment. Offers support, case management, and counseling to the client and family members during the client's residency.
