Provides confidential support at state-licensed facilities through a variety of specialized services. Programs accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists are board-certified by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Board and the State of Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board. Counseling programs include individual and group therapy options at flexible appointment times.

* Assessment: $150 * Counseling: $136 * Case management: $120 per hour Accepts Medicaid, Managed Care, private insurance, and cash. Sliding fee scale available for those at 100-200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Eligibility

Individuals with a qualifying mental health diagnosis, who would benefit from mental health therapy or case management. Services are available regardless of race, religion, age, gender, disability, national origin, or income. Services provided to individuals of all ages, with youngest accepted age of 4.
