Cuyahoga County residents, age 18 or older, who have developmental disabilities and have a referral from Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (CCBDD).
24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
Must be referred by CCBDD. There is a waiting list for this service. May phone M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm for information.
Fixed fee paid by the CCBDD.
