SENIOR SUPPORTIVE SERVICES | CATHOLIC SOCIAL SERVICES
Licenced social workers provide ongoing in-home needs assessment, care planning, and consultation to help vulnerable seniors maintain their independence through Senior Supportive Services. Assistance is provided for financial management, medical appointments, insurance, transportation, and housing needs, and by linkage to other community services.
