Must have a substance use disorder or be someone who has co-occurring substance use and mental health challenges. Must be age 21 and older. Individuals MUST have the ability to successfully function in an independent, communal living environment, including cooking one’s own food, washing and dressing, and maintaining a clean apartment. Individuals using Medication Assisted Treatment (Methadone, Suboxone, etc.) are welcome. *Individuals that are required to register as a ‘sex offender’, those with an arson conviction, or those with a conviction of methamphetamine production DO NOT qualify for this program.
M-F: 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Call ahead to schedule a pre-admission interview. Admissions take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Pre-admission interviews are required.

Accepts forms of health insurance. If individuals do not have insurance, they can be assisted in acquiring qualifying insurance. Those without health insurance are welcome. *UNEMPLOYED: FREE service for the first 6 months. *EMPLOYED: Call for further information.

Description

Provides a residential treatment facility with intensive outpatient treatment for substance use disorder . The program offers temporary housing while individuals are engaged in treatment . Individuals residing in the facility participate in services such as; mental health counseling & treatment groups , case management, crisis intervention support , round-the-clock resident support and security , health care and medication assisted treatment (Vivitrol, Sublocade) through Care Alliance , job referrals and education/job training placement . Upon completing the program, permanent housing placement will be established.
