This year, UWGDA is partnering with Bellbrook Sugarcreek Community Center for "Toys from the Heart." This partner will serve Xenia, Bellbrook, Spring Valley and Sugarcreek school districts students only.

The Family Resource Center is open Tuesday-Friday, but due to many out-reach community activities, all visits to the Center must be scheduled. Please call (937) 848-3810 to schedule an appointment.

Application process
All requests must be submitted through the school counselors in their districts in these areas. They will not have in person registering only through the childs school. Deadline to apply is November 15, 2022

Eligibility
Must be a resident of Bellbrook, Sugarcreek, or Spring Valley and validate their income is or below the standard Federal Poverty guidelines for the current fiscal year. May not request nor be receiving Christmas Assistance from another group or organization.

Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Community Support Center, formerly the Bellbrook Sugarcreek Family Resource Center, is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that gives food, school supplies, birthday and holiday gifts, resource referral, emergency clothing, and assistance with social services to community members who could use assistance. We also offer support groups and life skills education classes. Our goals are to meet immediate needs, so that we can help our clients meet their long term goals.
