Serves as an application site for the Ohio Department of Development's seasonal energy programs (Emergency HEAP, Summer Crisis Program, and PIPP Plus). Serves as the Community Action Agency for Portage County. Purpose is to alleviate the effects and causes of poverty through a variety of programs that serve low-income families, children, and older adults.
