Eligibility
All Veterans and their families in Franklin County are eligibile. Note: One must be a Veteran or member of a family in which the head of household or his/her spouse is a Veteran; discharge must not be dishonorable; have an income that is below 50% of the area's median income; and be in permanent housing or at least scheduled to move into permanent housing within 90 days.
