Uses funds to guarantee home repair loans (up to $12,000) for approved clients. Goal of the program is to improve access to bank financing for those who are unable to qualify for conventional bank loans. Participants will receive financial education. Once the homeowner is approved for the Pride Loan, the bank will disburse the proceeds of each Pride Loan directly to LakewoodAlive, which will disburse them directly to the contractor.
