Fee
Medicare and any other insurance will be billed and accepted as payment in full waiving co-pays. Uninsured are seen at no cost.
Eligibility
65 or older U.S. citizens or legal resident who has not seen an ophthalmologist in 3 or more years and does not belong to an HMO or receive eye care benefits through the VA.
