The agency has suspended membership fees for this program, however, members are encouraged to participate in at least five actions in support of the organization per year (such as helping in the office, attending protests, or counseling other member families).

Provides home mortgage loan counseling services to those who are in danger of losing their home. Works with the lender to negotiate and restructure the loan in order to create better terms for the borrower. In some cases, agency will refinance the loan. Goal is to bring the interest rate down to a level where the borrower can make sustainable payments.

Works to increase state and federal government regulation of predatory lending and raise public awareness of this issue. Offers low-interest, no down payment mortgages as an alternative to sub-prime loans in order to combat predatory lending practices and reduce the occurrence of foreclosure.
