Provides a 3-part substance use disorder treatment that includes medication-assisted treatment (MAT); counseling and therapy (individual and group); social support and case management. After an initial health evaluation, client will be prescribed a safe withdrawal medication and a management plan to help ease the physical cravings. Individual counseling will help the client identify things to work on and set goals. Group counseling will allow the client to share thoughts and feelings about recovery and ask questions and get feedback from Peer Recovery Supporters (sessions are led by a licensed counselor). Social Support and Case Management will help the client with housing, transportation, applying for food stamps, job training (especially helping and advocating for those with criminal backgrounds looking for jobs), child support, and signing up for and maintaining Medicaid. Can also help with probation, legal and/or court issues.
