The Heritage Community Clinic offers free primary and specialty health care to qualifying adults ages 18-64 in southeast Ohio counties. We currently offer medical clinics in the following specialties: primary care, diabetes and osteopathic manipulative medicine. Referrals are provided to other health care providers as needed, as well as assistance in obtaining medications and supplies for qualifying patients.
