Application process
Registration and approval required. Paper application must be completed and returned at scheduled appointment where transportation skill assessment will be conducted. Contact by phone to schedule an appointment. Assessments are conducted at 7000 Montgomery Road, Silverton, OH, 45236.

All rides cost $4.00
