Residents of Mercer Counties, under 175% of Federal Poverty Guidelines, have a household member age 60 or older, or have a physician documentation that cooling assistance is needed for a household member's health.

Description

The Home Energy Assistance Summer Crisis Program (HEAP Summer Crisis Program), assists eligible applicants with an air conditioner and/or central air conditioner repairs one time every three years to prevent undue health risks during the summer season to those who qualify, from July 1st - August 1st only.
