Discussions center on 1) knowing and accepting yourself, 2) maintaining or gaining health during a time of significant change, and 3) getting to know the LGBT community. Although this group is facilitated by a trained mental health professional, it is not intended as a mental health treatment. It is a peer-directed community group created to provide mutual support and shared experience.
