Adams and Brown County households with at least one of the following:
- Household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Participate in the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP)

Provides minor repairs or enhancements to homes based on inspection results, such as sealing drafts, adding insulation, repairing windows and doors, installing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and repairing or replacing heating equipment and water heaters.
