No restrictions but services are targeted to adults and their legal dependents who are fleeing due to domestic violence. Agency accepts all survivors of domestic violence regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. This includes transgender as well as all gender diverse individuals.

Call or chat through agency website for assessment. If shelter does not have space, helpline advocates refer to other community resources for assistance. When staff determine shelter is appropriate and shelter for pets is required, then information regarding shelter for pets is available.

Provides crisis intervention and safety planning for people who are in (or have experienced) a domestic violence situation. Also provides screening to determine if emergency shelter is needed for individuals and families who say they are are victims of domestic violence in need of safety and respite due to fleeing a domestic violence relationship or situation. If no need for immediate shelter is determined, agency refers individuals to their justice system advocates, domestic violence support group and other programming according to their assessment.
