GUARDIANS AD LITEM | CASA OF THE NORTHERN BLUEGRASS REGION
Trains and oversees volunteers who advocate in court on behalf of abused and neglected children. Volunteers, known as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), receive case assignments from Family Court Judges and are responsible for gathering information and providing recommendations for resolution of case issues.

Eligibility
Volunteers must be 21 years of age or older. An individual who has a charge or conviction(s) for a crime involving a sex offense or child abuse or neglect is not eligible to volunteer.
