Juvenile Traffic Court | Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court - Juvenile Division

Receives and reviews all juvenile traffic violations other than parking violations but including violations such as jaywalking and those dealing with skateboards. Also handles juvenile tobacco violations. At the time the citation is given, the juvenile is presented a court date for a hearing in order to enter his/her plea. If the juvenile pleads not guilty, then a trial before a magistrate is set. Hearings can be waived in some cases.
