Residents age 21 and older who are either physically impaired, homebound, seniors, individuals in-crisis, needy adults or disabled. Must be eligible for public benefits such as food stamps or Medicaid. Three or Four days' worth of meals are provided. *Homebound is defined as those who are unable to leave home to get food due to physical, mental or psychological impairment.
Proof of income is required. Insurance card (or information medicaid/medicare number). Birth Certificate, proof of address or emergency crisis information for shelter.
Food deliveries take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Phone M-F: 10:00am-4:00pm for intake or leave a message that will be returned (generally, in 2-3 days). May also email with contact information. Those who have not received a callback should continue to contact the organization during office hours. There is usually a waiting list. May fax proof of income to the office or give a copy to driver when first food delivery arrives.
Fees are covered by Medicaid or SNAP/food stamps. Emergency food has no fees and is covered by donor contributions.
Cuyahoga County, Ohio
Provides fresh meals designed to accommodate the health needs of those who need home-delivered meals. Meal types include traditional, diabetic, gluten-free, renal, cardiac, pescatarian (fish/seafood-based), vegetarian, and low sodium. Most meals are prepared only using safflower oil or olive oil. Participants can get lunch or dinner delivered.

Provides both traditional meals and medically tailored meals for those with chronic or acute health conditions or those with physical limitations in preparing food for themselves. They provide a home-delivered meal program for seniors, disabled individuals, adults and individuals with special needs. They also provide a job training program for low-income individuals wanting to develop skills by learning and providing community services.
