E-mail (preferred way) for information or to donate. For general information or to notify agency of donation intention call M-F: 9:00am-4:30pm. Then tickets can be dropped off at the agency or sent by mail, Federal Express, courier service etc. Agency prefers to receive tickets at least three weeks in advance but at least a minimum of one week before the event. A receipt for tax purposes will be given upon request.

Accepts donations of one or more tickets for sporting events, theatrical performances and other special events for all age groups. Tickets may be given to non-profits or auctioned off to benefit United Way of Greater Cleveland, but they are not resold.
