Description
Works with developers, realtors, and the business community to actively promote and facilitated development efforts. Formulates, establishes, and administrates land use policy and zoning and subdivision regulations. Provides financial and technical assistance for the physical improvement of qualified residential properties within the City. Administers the City's Housing Code in order to ensure that residential properties are properly maintained.
