Financial Coaching | United Way Of Summit And Medina

Provides free, one-on-one financial counseling delivered by professionally trained coaches to individuals and families helping them to acquire the skills to budget and save, develop healthy banking relationships, and raise their credit scores. Promotes low fee checking accounts through the Bank On Rubber City program. Also provides assistance with defaulted student loans. Service is in-person or by phone.

Application process

- Scheduling is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online at www.uwsummitmedina.org/services/financial-empowerment-center or call 2-1-1 to schedule a 1-hour in-person appointment. - For in-person appointments: Arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment to sign in. If client anticipates being 15 or more minutes late, please call the location to see if staff are able to accommodate a different time. If not, staff will reschedule the appointment.

Fee

All financial coaching services, including credit report analysis, are provided at no charge to any adult living or working in Medina or Summit County regardless of income level.
