Provides assistance with the following utilities: gas, electric, and water (limited to no more than $750.00 in the calendar year for all combined). Applicant cannot exceed $1,500 in aid from the overall PRC program ($750 if non-custodial guardian). Funds may be used to pay past due amounts to maintain or to reestablish/reconnect service. May also be used to establish service if setting up a new residence.
